Celebrating servant leaders who uplift Allegheny County’s most underserved communities, the NCM Awards honors individuals whose lives inspire our youth to dream boldly, set meaningful goals, and become assets to their neighborhoods. Since 1997, this annual gathering—often held at the Rivers Club—has remained a heartfelt tribute focused entirely on the honorees, recognizing grassroots heroes whose service transforms families, strengthens communities, and lights the path for the next generation.
